My husband and I started creating jewelry together and have been enjoying every minute of it. I have a piece that I wear almost everyday and after being stopped constantly at the grocery store, church, and other places, and asked "Where did you get that?" and "Can you make me one and one for my mom?" we thought "Wow, we can create these for others too!" and it all started. Before we could even get our webstore's set up and photograph the jewelry, we had 10 orders.
We are so happy to be able to create beautiful one of kind, unique pieces for you to enjoy and share with your loved ones and to showcase your loved ones!
All of our pieces are individual hand stamped, so keep in mind they are not meant to be perfectly aligned and some slight variations may occur from the ones pictured. That is what makes these pieces so unique and gives them charactor.
We 100% guarentee your satisfaction and if for any reason you are unhappy please email us and we can see what can be done to make it right. We want you to be happy and absolutely LOVE your piece.
Payment
We accept payment via Paypal or money order. Payment does need to made before your custom jewelry order is processed. When purchasing please include exactly how you would like your jewelry to be personalized in the "Notes Section" box during checkout. Please also specify any special request or if more than one name is to stamped which name goes first, second, etc. Feel free to convo at anytime with any questions at all.
Shipping
Please allow 2-3 business days for the creation of your custom piece. If any of the items are unable to be completed in that time frame or if a piece is backordered, we will contact you immediately. RUSH ORDERS are available, just convo us for details. All orders are shipped USPS First Class Shipping and should arrive to most zip codes in the USA-48 within 2-5 business days. Express Shipping is also available, please convo for cost and guarantee ship times.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the jewelry all being custom designs just for you, refunds and exchanges are not available, but we definately want you HAPPY! So please convo us if there are any problems at all with your piece and we will try to work it out with you and make it right.
